Zolvit Oral Solution is indicated for the relief of moderate to moderately severe pain. Zolvit is the first and only FDA approved 10/300 mg per 15 mL hydrocodone bitartrate and acetaminophen oral solution and is formulated to meet the new FDA guidelines which limit the dosing of acetaminophen (APAP). Oral analgesic solutions are particularly useful in children, adults who have difficulty swallowing, and in patients following procedures such as tonsillectomies.
