Used in conjunction with oral medications, or by itself, Panalgesic provides prompt relief of arthritis pain.

Directions:
Using the no mess, no spill applicator, press the top down gently on the surface of the skin and spread Panalgesic evenly over the painful area. Pain relief should begin within minutes.

Apply as needed, up to four (4) times daily.

Your healthcare provider has recommended the topical analgesic, Panalgesic Gold®, in addition to the oral medications you are currently taking for arthritis. Panalgesic can be particularly useful for the break through pain which you may occasionally experience due to overactivity, weather changes, or a variety of other causes. Panalgesic provides relief within minutes when applied directly to the painful joint. Not only do you receive the much needed pain relief, but the topical use of Panalgesic can also provide two other important health benefits. It can prevent having to increase the dosage of your current oral arthritis medications. Or, it can prevent having to add another oral medication in order for you to obtain the needed pain relief. Both of the above can help avoid troublesome side effects which result from taking higher doses of oral medications.

Please note that you should continue to take your oral medications as prescribed. Panalgesic and your oral medications work together to achieve better overall pain relief. Panalgesic does not have to be used continuously to be effective, as is the case with some other topicals.

Panalgesic should be applied directly to the painful area and allowed to dry. An active ingredient in Panalgesic has a wintergreen scent which is noticeable immediately after application. Panalgesic readily penetrates the skin and this scent subsides quickly, while the pain relief continues.

Precautions:
After applying Panalgesic Gold®, do not wrap or use a heating pad on the treated area. This may result in discomfort to the skin. Do not apply Panalgesic near the eyes, mouth, or other sensitive skin (groin, underarm, etc.). Do not apply to cuts or damaged skin. While unlikely, if a rash develops, discontinue use immediately.

Keep Panalgesic and All Medications Out of the Reach of Children. If accidental ingestion occurs, consult a physician immediately.
